This is a part one of a two part workshop.
At this, part one, session you will make the background for the felt picture. You will create your own felt picture, by combining a mixture of colourful wools with warm soapy water, using friction and rolling to create a flat felt background.
Part two takes place on either Friday 25th September 6-9pm or Saturday 3rd October 1.30-4.30pm. You should only book into one of these sessions to complete your picture.
After the part one session, the felt will be dried before you return for the second part of the workshop, at which point you will style your own picture using barbed needles to stab and tangle the wool to create detail e.g. houses, birds, landscapes, flowers etc.
