Silver ring making: Saturday 26th September: 2pm - 5pm

In this workshop you will learn to create your very own simple sterling silver ring.

Working with sterling silver we will use traditional jewellery making techniques to create a beautiful silver band ring for you to wear and take home. We will learn to size your ring  and add texture the surface, the ring will then be solder,  after which you will clean, finish and polish your ring so that you can wear it . The course cost includes materials for one silver ring.

Suitable for those aged 16 years and over.

No previous jewellery experience is necessary, all materials to make your ring are supplied and all tools needed for the class will be provided for use during the workshop.  We recommend that you don't wear lose/floaty fitted clothes and your shoes should be closed at toe, if you have long hair we also suggest that you tie it back. The workshop takes place on the ground floor, tea and coffee will be available.
