Children's crochet (beginners): Thursday 30th July: 6pm - 8pm

This workshop is for children who are aged 8+.  Crochet requires a level of dexterity in their fingers that usually hasn't formed before age 8. We want children to have the best experience and not be put off learning this skill.  Children will be guided to learn basic crochet stitches and complete our beginners programme.  They will be encouraged to make basic shapes such as squares, circles, love hearts and flowers.

All materials for your child to practice with are provided at the class.  However, once your child decides on which project they would like to complete we will guide you on purchasing the required materials.  If your child already has crochet hooks and yarn please feel free to bring them along.

What We Need From You:

Your name, email address and telephone number, your child's name and their favourite colour (if they have one).  Please also make us aware of any disabilities, special requirements or anything you need us to be mindful of when teaching your child. Children should be accompanied to this workshop by an adult.  Adults are expected to stay for the duration of the class. A comfortable seating area is available with complimentary tea and coffee.
