Adult crochet workshop (Granny Squares)

Host: Shirley Mawhinney 

Time: 1pm -4.30pm

Price: £20 (all materials are provided)

In this workshop you will learn how to make 'granny squares'.  You will be taught basic crochet stitches such as double crochet, half treble crochet, treble crochet.  You will also learn how to read basic patterns.  During this workshop we will talk about different yarns and how to make colour changes. 

This workshop is taught right handed.

This workshop is also an opportunity to meet and socialise with other beginners.  Tea, coffee and snacks are provided, you are also welcome to bring your own refreshments.  

All materials for this workshop will be provided, however if you have your own crochet hooks, you are more than welcome to bring them along.
