Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your refund or replacement:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Retain the item and packaging until instructed otherwise.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance event.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

🖼️Susan Breckenridge - A 2023 Glasgow School of Art master's graduate, they create sculptures and leaded glass from reclaimed materials, embracing the surprises of kiln work and the craft of panel-making.✨

🧶Alison Dobbin - Our resident knitter, specializes in vibrant baby knits and handcrafted dolls, animals, and felt creations. Her felt range includes personalized baby mobiles, wall hangings, and more🐻

👩‍🎨Adrienne McKenzie - Discovered her passion for pottery in 2021 and launched 'Adrienne's Kiln' with support from family and friends. Working from her home workshop in Eaglesham, she draws inspiration from nature and the outdoors.🌳

🎨Vanessa Reynolds - Is an artist with two distinct styles. Her Bubble Pop Pix series features vibrant, psychedelic Pop Art, while her Wilderness range uses botanic eco-printing with wildlife subjects.🌺

📚Angela Cowan - Creator of Time Travellers Design, offers novels, colouring books, and T-shirts with a mix of rock stars, retro TV, and Scottish humour. Her Time Travelling Detectives series follows a resurrected killer & a talking Glaswegian dog.🐶
