We want children to have the best experience and not be put off learning this skill.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn this workshop children will learn basic crochet stitches including chain stitch, slip stitch, double crochet, half treble and treble crochet.  They will be encouraged to combine these stitches to make a basic shapes such as squares, circles, flowers, love hearts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChildren will be guided on choosing yarns and colours and shown some examples of things that they can go on to make using their shapes e.g. flowers, hanging decorations, blankets.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll materials are provided, however if your child already has crochet hooks and yarn please feel free to bring them along.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhat We Need From You:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYour name, email address and telephone number, your child's name and their favourite colour (if they have one).  Please also make us aware of any disabilities, special requirements or anything you need us to be mindful of when teaching your child. You can do this by sending us an email at craftycoo72@gmail.com  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChildren should be accompanied to this workshop by an adult.  Adults are expected to stay for the duration of the class. A comfortable seating area with complimentary tea and coffee is provided.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring the workshops, we may take photographs for use on our social media and on our website.
